Policy & Procedures

1. There is a 24hr Cancellation policy for all purchased sessions. This policy applies to rescheduling within the 24hr time period as well.

2. Ensure that you communicate with a PushLab staff member(s) for any emergency or cancellation via e-mail,  or phone.

3. No phone calls during personal training session (Please, if needed put it on silence or off).

4. Clients MUST be present 5 to 10 minutes prior to starting the training session. (You will be charged as a late cancellation if you had a spot reserved).
